At The Ridge Retreat Fitness we believe in the power of the human body and the importance of willpower, determination, and motivation in achieving fitness and nutrition goals but most importantly empowering the clients we work with . Our experience, constant learning and research enables us to work with clients in an encouraging, supportive, and motivating way and in a space created to encourage our clients to enjoy fitness. To ensure progress and self growth we tailor personal training to each individual, considering work-life balance and creating a professional yet realistic working relationship.

We emphasise balance in both mind and body, utilising a variety of fitness practice including holistic practices to address various issues and promote general well-being. We also provide small workshops to educate and offer safe exercise protocols for common issues, ensuring close monitoring of all participants.
