Every effort has been made to make sure your duration at The Ridge Retreat and Spa is a relaxing enjoyable experience, we therefore ask you to read the following terms and conditions to ensure your safety.

All persons using the spa must be able to enter and exit the hot tub/steam enclosure without assistance.

The hot tub must not be used if you have the following medical condition/s;

• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions
• Infectious skin diseases
• Psoriasis
• Ezcema (chemicals may irritate)
• Recent surgery – under 6 months
• Open wounds or any other medical conditions that the hot tub may affect, including high blood pressure.

All persons are asked to remove make-up, and jewellery and shower before entering the hot tub or steam enclosure.

Use of the hot tub is unlimited during your spa experience but 15-20 minutes at a time is advised and a resting period before re-entering. 

CCTV is in operation in the reception, spa, lounge area and grounds for your safety.

No food or drink is to be consumed in the hot tub.

Only alcohol purchased within the spa can be consumed on the premises.

Only plastic glasses may be used and no plates or cups are to be brought into the spa area. 

Caution must be taken in and around the hot tub area as floors will be slippery when wet – caution slippery when wet signs are on display.

Breakages or damages must be paid for.

All facilities are used at your own risk.

The Ridge Retreat and Spa has a NO smoking policy in, on or around the grounds. No smoking or vaping, and anyone caught vaping within the premises will be asked to leave. 

The booking fee is £25 per person and is non-refundable.
